You set up an AI agent or automation to run on a schedule, and the dashboard shows it ran successfully — no error, no red X, just nothing happened. No output, no action taken, no sign it actually did the thing you asked it to do.
We hit this ourselves: some of our scheduled automations were technically "completing" but doing nothing at all, for about a day, before we figured out why.
The cause had nothing to do with the schedule itself firing correctly — it fired exactly on time, every time.
